Great veggie sub, just wish it came with sprouts

My order is always fast and correct, even during the lunch rush downtown.

This place was really good!! For first time eating here, it was a good experience!! We had a nice cashier and awesome server. The server was having a rough day with rush time, and was a bit grumpy, but all of it is totally understandable. Over all the best first time Jimmy Johns experience i've had! Thank you guys!

Super busy downtown location. Lots of people in and out constantly, mostly delivery riders. Typical service times. Very small dining room so plan accordingly. Sandwich was the new Cuban sandwich which I will not be getting again. Earned my free sandwich with rewards too.

Jimmy John's is bomb! All of the strange flavors are always amazing and they are always delivered hot.These are great for a gift or great to order just for fun. Great price for what you get!!

I had a HUGE delivery order for the law firm that I work for (I was dreading ordering it). However, Zach made the process so smooth. He was so friendly and funny on the phone! To management...it's employee like Zach that we all wish to have. He clearly goes above and beyond expectations. I'll be a returning customer and I'll be asking for Zach :)

I need to make a phone call but it'll have to wait until I'm finished eating and outside because the music is so freaking loud it's like a nightclub in here. It's also very cold.

Its lent so I couldnt have red meat and these fine workers went over and beyond to make my friends and I sandwiches thank you so much. The prices were average for the downtown area. The staff had us laughing and made our time eating much more fun on a rainy spring morning.

It's always a pleasure to see the staff there.
