Quick-service courteous staff very clean I ordered a tuna and this time they were really really skimpy with the tuna more bread and vegetables a lot more then tuna. My sandwiches in the past have been meaty.

I literally ONLY wanted a plain Turkey slim. I asked if it CAME with cheese and was charged for it, okay no big deal. Then I asked for mustard and mayo packets on THE SIDE, NO MUSTARD. I called to let him know it was forgotten and he said he was so busy with other customers, as if I wasn’t a PAYING customer. I get my order and there’s mayo already on it but the mayo added was nasty and distasteful. I called back to speak with Kyierre (who took my order) about the simple things asked of him and he said I was accusing him of doing something to my sandwich. Never once did I say he did! He began to get argumentative after I asked for a refund and for the driver to come back and get this sandwich that WAS NOT EATEN. I hung up no longer wanting to engage in unprofessional conversation with this man.

Terrible experience. My order was wrong and I had a bug in my sandwich. Be careful if you eat from this location. They manager was rude and aggressive aswell. Will never eat from this restaurant again.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! the customer service was HORRIBLE and the bread was rock hard and the meat tasted old. Its not the cleanest location. I would highly recommend going to the one in Homewood. Everything at the Homewood location is fresh clean and very polite. They need to this one in Matteson down.
