We order from this location atleast 2-3 times a month. Their successful order rate is no less than 99.9% i'd give it a perfect 100% but they accidentally forgot a single bag of chips one time, they made it up on the next order. The staff, always friendly and very respectful. I appreciate this location and staff.

Worked here for months if u think ur food is fresh ur wrong if you think we didn't drop ur food on the floor and not think twice about still giving it to you ur wrong I've watched my coworker spit in some ones food after dropping it on the floor then still give it to someone no one there cares about you sorry not sorry if you continue to go here after reading this have fun spending almost 10$ on a cold sandwich that 9 times outa 10 was literally just thrown together

I am in the area working from out of town and have visited this location, located in the parking lot of my suite several times. Tonight I forgot to order hot peppers on my sub initially. So I asked politely for a side "if you could", when she got to the window. She without hesitation said "No, we can't do that!" I asked "are you sure?" She replied "Yea". So, I grabbed my sub and left. My coworkers have also had problems at this location. The food was exactly what I expected without the hot peppers.🔥

Bread was hard, so obviously old....bacon had zero crisp....5 employee's working the line....no wonder they are so overpriced, have to be to pay 5 employees to make 2 sandwiches. 3rd time I have had JJ's....three bad experiences. Yeah I won't be going again

So we have never had a problem with this place. Tonight we ordered and the only delivery driver was very rude and he flew out of are trailer park burning tires. Dont think I will ever order from this place again!

Kids playing instead of working, ignoring customers. One man walked out, I eat at JJ a lot and don’t like seeing their brand being hurt by this store. Stay away

Like many reviews state - be prepared to wait.Once I received a sandwich with a giant hair right in the middle.Decided to try again today and so far it's been 45 minutes since my order was placed, and by the looks of it I'll be returning to work with no lunch.Go somewhere else, honestly. It's just not worth it.
