Great sandwiches. Best men's bathroom ever.

Ordered two sandwiches: a BLT and Pepe for pickup. Drove to the store, picked-up my food, and when I returned home to eat, there was one BLT, add peppers (which I was charged for and DIDN'T EVEN ORDER), and no Pepe.Called back to let them know the mistake, and was told I had to drive back to the store and that my other sandwich would be ready when I got there (which I was charged for nonetheless, but didnt really expect much more than that). Upon arrival for the second-time, my second sandwich wasn't even ready, & I ended up waiting an extra 10 minutes for THEIR mistake in-which I wasted my gas on. At least they'd gotten the chips correct.Needless to say, not going to eat here again!!!!

Great JJ location with very friendly team! Fresh and delicious subs/sandwiches loaded with fresh ingredients. Beats other nearby sub shops hands down. First visit to this location was outstanding. Thank you Larry and crew. Fast, friendly, helpful, positive service. Great tuna and provolone sub, check out the pic- Now that's a Sub! And Larry gave me a side of their Kickin' Ranch to try- delicious. Try it on your sub. Definitely be back when I'm in Bremerton again.No parking that I saw nearby, but it's an easy walk from the Ferry Terminal and surrounding businesses. Plus they deliver, even to the Ferry Terminal I found out. Pretty cool.
