No sweet tea. The lid was off the unsweetened tea.

Tried to get as many free smells as possible. Got super dizzy, when I came to my sandwich was half gone. Delicious!

Slowest jimmy johns ever. Took nearly 6 minutes to get food and they won’t even put it in a bag for you. We asked for some ranch after the food came out and they told us to get back in line to pay for a $0.50 container of it! Then the one they gave us exploded in the bag. It was supposed to be just a quick visit when the store had almost no other customers in it, but we ended up wasting our time and our money. The service staff didn’t even say thank you or acknowledge us after we placed our order. We are just on a road trip so we won’t be back anyway, but I wouldn’t recommend a visit if I had the choice.

The sandwich was very good, but we had to wait for the bread, but our sandwich was free 👍

It’s quick but that’s about the only good thing ! Fairly expensive for a mediocre cold sandwich !

Told myself was never coming back here. Because the general manager refused to help me on order where the delivered my sons food to wrong place. But I gave them a chance again was great. I will be back. Shouldn't have come back.

Really loved the sub I got here, so ordered another one for later, and surprisingly, the sub tasted just as delicious as fresh! I thought it would be soggy, but it wasn't Friendly service, but the first time I ordered my sub with no onions, they still put them on, the to go sub was made correct with no onions though. Will definitely come back though!

This location is Awesome.. Love that I can call in an order for my husband who is an OTR Driver.. an They have no trouble getting him his order..

Ladies working were super nice! Vanessa in particular. Wish I could remember the others names! They were just as nice.

Top quality food

It was the most awful sandwich I ever had from Jimmy John's. Bread was undercooked and crust was white. It was like eating salt dough. I also asked for a receipt and was told it was in the bag and it wasn't. I won't be back ever not for that price and then getting poor quality. I couldn't even tell it had mayo on it. Back in the 80's when I was a college student Jimmy John's was only one and in Charleston, IL. It was my main staple through college and they were THE BEST! Apparently they've went down hill a lot. I even ordered double meat and cheese since they now skimp on it too. Not worth the money!

Fast, friendly service, good subs.

Very poor service with the catering manager. I had spoken with her in the restaurant about my concerns and she told me in the restaurant in front of the staff and other customers that she is in charge and will whatever she wants and dismissed me and said that I have no reason to complain. I will never understand how paid employees treat customers so poorly just because they are angry. Now I am afraid to eat anything from there since It may not be prepared well.
