I get lunch from this location and the service is always fast! The staff are super-nice and I always leave with a big smile on my face. I love coming to this store for lunch!

Ordered the “Un-wich” after trying it last week and loving it. I ordered the Veggie with provolone. I asked for Jimmy mustard and cucumbers added. The check out clerk said”it comes with it” even though it didn’t state that on the menu board. While waiting I read Warren Buffet’s 10 Rules which were very logical and passed the time quickly. However when I received my sandwich, it had bread on it and wasn’t mine. The young woman making sandwiches was surprised but no big deal mistakes happen. Within minutes I received a fresh new sandwich. A real “Un-wich” however it was slathered in Mayo(not asked for), had no cucumbers or mustard. By the time I realized it,I was a third through and didn’t want to wait for a second round of remakes. I still like the “Un-wich” I had last week and I still like JJ’s. Just disappointed.

Very clean. I always see employees cleaning even the smallest details. When I ordered my food, the sandwiches reached me before I even finished paying for my food. I mean the girl was handing me my change and there were 2 club sandwiches w my receipt right there when I looked down to grab my change. Absolutely amazing lol . I was in aw. Great customer service, had a great first experience there 👌
