Great Customer Service!!! I come to this Jimmie Johns when I want my sandwich made with my diet needs. They go above and beyond taking care of their customers. They do it with a smile. The manager makes sure your needs are met. I can’t say that about the store in North Riverside, IL. It’s closer but I’ll make the drive from Chicago to Hillside because they won’t disappoint me.

I Like their variety, and their speed but. Didn't like survice at Oak Park Location a while back. Ordered No. 1 it had one piece of meat folded I did call and they addressed the issue but I should'nt have had to call for something like that as much as their food costs. And the delivery man had no change and. Seemed like on purpose to get a tip I didn't b like feeling pursued to give an to and already paying not cheap for delivery. I think that's something to address.

Not even close to freaky fast. Got stuck waiting in the drive thru for 15 min!!

The 3 stars is for the restaurant and its staff, for everything that I do love about this place. Great location, quick service, not much of a line, but even with one, they get you in and out. Today I tried something new, the Jimmy Cubano that tasted nothing like a cubano👎. I should have just ordered my favorite, the bootlegger.

Great place for lunch. I always get the Big John, roast beef sub. They've got great music too!!

My wife and I came to dine in for lunch. I'm not sure why, however they made the next four orders prior to ours, after we placed our order. I asked where our sandwiches were they said they were next up. No apology, explanation, or anything. I asked for extra onions on my sandwich, the lady acknowledged me and ignored my request. Poor customer service. Side note food was delicious

Was not able to toast my bread cause toaster is not workin they need a back up toaster in order to maintain the quality of the sandwich. I Love their sandwiches they are fresh. But was expecting to have a crispyness in the bread.
