Great sandwiches

Great food

Delivery employees always leave cars parked in roadway in front of the store, which creates a hazard. When I spoke to the manager about asking them to stop, he was very rude. The employees don't seem to care either. I think they're just upset that the only reason to go in their store is to complain about their illegal parking, since the sandwiches suck and are over priced.

My office orders sandwiches from this location at least 2 times a week- and we've done so for at least a year. Lately the service has went downhill. Today is the second time in two weeks my order took over 45 MINUTES to arrive. Not only that, the drink order was wrong. "DC" on the lid means DIET COKE; or DIET CHERRY apparently. Frustrating.

Get it to go, the food is awesome, music is always obnoxiously loud...it's almost like they don't want you eating there. Every time I walk in, they can barely hear me to take my order...I live 20 minutes south, so I just get it to go and eat at home. It would be nice to have a meal there with my family sometime though.

Horrible service over the phone. Background was too loud when order placed and I had to yell the order several times. Then, of course the order was wrong. I asked for salt packets and was informed they do not have salt at all. I asked them to cut sandwich in 1/ 2 and they did not. I asked them to add cheese and hold lettuce but they did the opposite - No cheese and a ton of lettuce. Delivery took over 40 mins. Delivery guy was nice but person taking order was not. Next time I will order from somewhere else.

My sandwich was incorrectly made: I called to let them know. This young lady named Molaria (?) was blatantly rude when I told her it was incorrect. Was argumentative and said if I hadn’t eaten it; they’d remake & send another. I started to ask a question & she hung up on me. I called back and informed her that she hung up on me & she said “.oh, my bad, I thought you were done!” Then I asked my question & then ended the call. I called again to get her name & she had an attitude, like she didn’t want to tell me. Finally she said her name after I asked 3 times & said that she was the manager: I thanked her & hung up. Not really sure what’s going on, but was very disappointed with her, her attitude & the fact that my sandwich was wrong!

First time ever being here.... with that being said , didn't realize everything was cold cut or cold sandwiches... I hate cold sandwiches, so I was not happy...I noticed all males working and seemed to being into there own social bubble, meaning customer service was low, I wasn't even notified my sandwich was complete, it literally sat there until I filled my drink and asked if it was mine... disappointed because I was the only customer while my sandwich sat so they could continue chatting.... Will not return..

Food was average as ever but get someone who knows who to answer a phone. I felt confused trying to order because they greeted me with simply "hello" leaving me to wonder if I had even called the right place, and then dead silence as she just waited for my order not even asking me using verbal language. Perhaps she was trying to read my brain

Spoke with Tara on the phone.. bad experience ordered my food and when i told Manager Tara that I was not notified that my food arrived until an hour later after finally walking downstairs she got upset and told me that I need to talk to Steven. she did not compensate me for my inconvenience and refused to give me a correct order. sandwich not cut in half and no ez mayo... this place is a disgrace
