Jimmy Johns

Food is yummy, but delivery is atrocious. I have waited over an hour for delivery, on several occasions. Since the Neil Ave store closed, service and delivery have fallen way down. (I loved the Neil Ave store and they were ALWAYS "freaky fast" - usually about 10 minutes from the time I ordered online til I have my food in my hand). The online order form should allow more characters for special instructions, as it appears the delivery guys do not understand where the Office Suite is at my building. (yet other people get their meals delivered here all the time)

FREAKY SLOW. This Jimmy Johns sucks. Delivery is the slowest I've ever experienced, ever. Save your time and sit down at a nice restaurant, this place takes longer.

Just an alright sub. Nothing really special

The guy who served me was really nice but definitely not a fan of the food.

I really miss the Jimmy John's at 1860 N. High St. [at the northeast corner of N. High St. and E. 15th Ave.] because I am often in that area but I am glad that there is a Jimmy John's at 1558 N. High St. because I am at least occasionally in that area.Yesterday [2-12-2019] I ate at the Jimmy John's at 1558 N. High St. because I had been in that area. The food had been as delicious as it always is at Jimmy John's; the service had been so fast that they had handed me my sandwich before I had even put away my change.I asked them about the many huge containers of mayonnaise that I always see on the shelves in the kitchens at all Jimmy John's; they told me that they use three of those containers each day.That's a lot of sandwiches.

I feel guilty about eating here, after seeing pictures on Twitter of the JJ owner with his trophy kills. I don't visit often, just when I'm hungry and don't have a lot of time to sit down and eat. I've tried only the Italian sandwich and the French baguette sandwich. They're not bad, and they fill me up. I prefer Jimmy John's to Subway. But again, I come here only when I'm in a hurry, and my stomach doesn't want to wait longer than 5 minutes for food.

They opened late, but usually run out of ingredients towards the end of the night. However they will still serve you a sandwich without the bread.

Sandwiches are always great. Staff at this location were fast and courteous.

The service was not very quick, but it was friendly. During my visit there was a woman who was taking the orders and then making the subs while the other employee was just standing at the end of the line not doing anything. Not sure why, because it would've been faster for him to help.

Just wanted to say thank you to the cute girl who gave me a nickel when I only had a dollar coin for the meter! She was off work and gave me a vegetarian sub! I will pay it forward forsure!

Ordered subs from here and was told there would be an hour wait. Called them after one hour passed and the worker told us they were out for delivery. Two hours passed and the subs were still not delivered. We called and was yelled at by the female worker who picked up the phone. She told us it was delivered and it wasn't. She said we would be receiving a refund. Upset by the poor customer service.
