Their bread was hard, they didn't ask me if I wanted cheese on my sandwich, I always forget that you have to ask for cheese. You would think an $8 sandwich comes with cheese. I asked for extra mayo and sauce and they barely even put the normal amount on the sandwich. I had much better sandwiches at other Jimmy John's. More likely than not I won't come back to this location.

Haven't had Jimmy John in a while, but this place was on right next to the Walgreen I was visiting so, why not. Got the roast beef and turkey. Roast beef was more medium rare , then medium which is to my liking. Now I recall why I prefer Potbelly over Jimmy John.

I go here once or twice a month for a Slim 1 (boring, I know). Service is always quick--sometimes I get my sandwich before I can even put my wallet back in my pocket--and I've never had any problems. They have self-service Coca-Cola with free refills. Note: the booths by the soda fountain get blasted by the HVAC system, for better or worse.

They closed randomly in the middle of the day with no notice. Just a sign on the door and employees walking around inside telling people to go away. Don’t waste your time.

Amazing staff! I called in and asked if it would be possible to run my sandwich out it I ordered because my one year old was sleeping in her car seat. The women working said absolutely no problem and even brought me a water! I can’t thank her enough!

Consistently what I'd expect of Jimmy John's. It's a very quick, it's clean, ideal if you're in a hurry or trying to get lunch while making your transit connection on your way to work.

I ordered from here twice whilst working in Chicago on business only to try and order a third time in a three day period!! And they magically ..stopped delivering to my address or because ..should I say they figured out I was Transgender damn homophobes !!! This place sucks !!!!!! And I found a hair in my sandwich the second time !!! This place HAS horrible customer service included do NOT EAT HERE!!!*!*!*!*!*!
