Came here 10 min after the posted open time, door was locked, everyone in there just stood and waited and stared. Waited for another 15 min and still no one came to unlock the door

I don't know what some people mean about everyone been friendly. Went in tonight and it was the worst Jimmy John's I've been to. Nothing special about this place, especially not the employees. Very rude!

Tried the new limited run "Frenchie" sandwich. Fresh bun, a nice light bite, pretty minimalistic which I find perfect for me, I included chips to add crunch. Recommend it highly unless you're somewhat of a pig and/ or have a hearty appetite. The Lean Cuisine of sandwiches, quick and ready to go anywhere.

The workers there are very helpful. It was my first in a Jimmy Johns and one of the workers, a hispanic girl with really short hair, helped me pick a sandwich. Great place to eat!

Overpriced

Tried to order and the guy answering the phone act as if he didnt want to take the order, kept saying a cookie with delivery is 5.21.

#16 and #15 are my go to's. Consistently great!

Best Jimmy Johns in the city

My one little sandwich took an hour and 15 minutes to deliver, after taking 10 painful minutes to constantly repeat the order, my address and my credit card number over the phone. Then my blt (eventually) arrived without mayo. How hard could it possibly be to make a simple sandwich, with all the ingredients laid out in front of you, and deliver it half a mile? I’ve ordered from other Jimmy Johns before I moved to this neighborhood and never had this problem so I don’t know what the deal is.

didnt acknowledge me or come to the counter for my order, nothing. I left after 5 min.
