Ridiculously incompetent. I live 1.2 miles away, A SIX MINUTE DRIVE. They say they can’t deliver because “I am out of their delivery zone.” A completely mismanaged establishment. I would give 0 stars if possible.

I visited this location last week for lunch. I live in the area so I decided to give it another try. BIG MISTAKE! The staff was rude as ever. The attitudes were unwarranted and I ultimately requested my money back before my order was placed. While discussing the matter with a cook who claimed to be the manager he was popping a pimple, ugh! The service is bad so I can only imagine the quality of the food. I contacted corporate about the issue and requested that the owner speak with me prior to this post. (I wanted to give the owner a chance to address the issue) but Russel #theowner was too busy. I don’t recommend this place for anyone. Try BUSY BURGER OR ALS BEEF on Taylor along with the other great restaurants that treat their customers accordingly.

I requested a little John unwich and was told that I they can’t do that, but no explanation of why. I mean it’s my order that I’m paying for. I walked out bc it really doesn’t make sense that I can’t customize my sandwich.

If you plan on waiting an hour for a delivery, this is your place. Also, the young lady’s attitude over the phone was extremely unprofessional.

I went in to this location, placed my order of the veggie sandwich and went home. When I got back and opened my sandwich I realized that they had forgotten the avocado spread (which is pretty important on just a veggie sandwich). When I told them they asked if I could come back in to get a new one and I explained that my car is parked a distance and that I would prefer if they could drop it off. We got off the phone and as I was waiting for the new sandwich to come, I gave the original sandwich to my roommate. They called about 10 mins later asking if I could return the old sandwich and I explained the situation and mentioned they didn’t tell me anything about returning the sandwich on the original phone call and they said okay. A FULL hour and a half later I get a call that they are here with my sandwich. When I went to go eat it I saw that ONCE AGAIN they forgot the avocado spread. That is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be returning to this location.

Do you really have to rate a JJ? Aren't we past this point.

Only worth it if you really value price over quantity. Their bread seems indestructible. Nice workers, though
