So tired of ordering food online for delivery and getting WRONG orders! We pay more money for extra and added toppings, yet we aren't getting those toppings on our sandwiches. We have asked for toppings to be taken off, such as tomatoes, and yet they still come on the sandwich. Good thing I'm not allergic or I'd be dead! They seem to ignore any customization on all orders. Why even write names on them if you make them the exact same, which are both wrong anyway!? You most likely just lost our patronage, especially since we can order from any one of your neighbors with apps like grubhub now.

Every time I go to this location there is always an issue with service and my order is always messed up. Drive the extra mile to go to a different location.

Too expensive. New mini john isn't worth the price. They are just too stingy with the meat. Not satisfying. Adding cheese increases the price 33%

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!!! DESPERATELY NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT! VERY disorganized. Music is way too loud to hear anything let alone customers. I ordered food for family dinner in drive thru... spent freaking $40... got home, sat down with family to eat and they forgot my sandwich even though the order was repeated correctly and guy handing me bag said it was all in there. Called them and after being ON hold initially for 5 minutes, told them they forgot sandwich and I asked them to please deliver it to me but they said they couldn't bring me my sandwich because they are only allowed to deliver up to 13 mile and I'm at 13 1/2 mile. So I had to drive all the way back and they didn't even have it ready for me as I stood there for 10 minutes waiting!!!!! If they don't get better management and people in there, that place is gonna tank.

Waited 90 minutes for food to arrive (order received online at 12:30pm), specifically asked for no ice in the drink, an hour and a half later I received a very watered down pop with bits of ice still remaining. Manager was zero help over the phone, was told I would receive another phone call later and never did. If the driver Ashley wasn't so nice this would have been a 1 star review.

I just can't get enough of the expertly cured Italian style meats and fresh baked french bread. Jimmy John's is cold sandwich heaven! Real Hellman's mayo and Jimmy John's sauce can't be beat. Definitely try customizing your order online to get all your favorite options. 😎

The slowest “freaky fast” delivery ever.. Took over an hour to deliver 3 subs less than a mile away. Will not be using them again.

Ridiculous does not even describe this store... 3 remakes in a row and its still wrong. I ordered a #8 (Roast beef and ham) with no mayo and get a tuna sub. Went right back up there a 2nd time and I get a #8 with mayo. 3rd time I get a #8 with mustard? Seriously? On top of that these kids that work here are acting like they are on spring break... Hooping, hollering and cussing with no regard to customers whatsoever. Get it together Jimmy.

Freaking fast delivery? That’s a joke with this location, I’ve ordered delivery 3 different times from this location and it always takes about 45 minutes. Also they don’t know what light lettuce means at all, every time I get sub all I’m eating is lettuce

I'm giving this location 4 rather than 5 stars because the location in Troy seems better staffed. This one seems short staffed too often, therefore, not quite freaky fast.

Very poor drive thru communication skills. Can not get order correct had to speak to manager to get my order. Absolutely awful customer service.

Amazing service! Amazing food! The young man Justin or Austin I think he told me his name was, got me my order in less than 5 minutes ! Talk about freaky fast
