I really like this Jimmy John's. The food is very fast and the people that work here are very friendly. I'm sure I will be coming back.

I've never had an issue with the sandwiches. I would suggest however never to order a drink when choosing delivery and to save that $3 for something else. The delivery guy showed up and says he's been very forgetful all day and forgot my lemonade. He didn't bring his phone so he didn't contact the store to remedy this. When asked what I can do about it, he offers that I call the store but he doesn't seem too confident that they'll deliver it.I call the store and ask if I can be refunded. No straight answer there. So the guy puts me on hold several times and finally asks, "So, uh do you want us to still deliver it?". I mean, I DID pay for it, didn't I?! So of course, I said yes. He said they will send someone out. They never sent someone out. It was more of an annoyance to them to fix an issue they caused. I love Jimmy subs but I won't order from this location again as I have a feeling forgetting and not fixing issues is a common occurrence here. Great customer service guys! /s.

Excellent, freaky fast, and honestly delicious. Dionta and Brianna are super friendly

The staff at this JJ's is awesome. Super friendly and if you come often enough, they'll remember your name. Makes me smile every time someone yells out "Michelle's here!"

Staff is nice, service is quick. Sometimes they don't follow special instructions, like cutting the sandwich in half or less/more of an ingredient.

Great food, just like every other Jimmy John's around! Just wish they would have a bathroom. Very small area, but the food is amazing nonetheless.

Very bad people working there. I ask employees to let me wash my hands before getting my sandwich, they refused me the washroom. Never gonna eat there.

Great staff great service. Especially when go there on break on the weekends. The night manager is really cute.
