This jimmy johns is great !! Employees are so welcoming and provide you with with a quick delicious sandwich the Sunday /Monday Night shift guy is my favorite worker He was very polite and brightened up my day very highly recommend this jimmy johns for a great experience!

There's a new manager here called Josh Moreno and he has the worst attitude ever they need to fire this guy for sure he is horrible I've being here before and I've never had this horrible experience he also works at Azteca grill on Addison and Clark and when I also go there he is the cashier but he has a bad mood and a bad attitude I don't know how is he working in restaurants he doesn't know about customer service he didn't say hello and made my sandwiches so sloppy slapped the avocado and the cheese and lettuce grabed it from the counter wow!!!!!

This is the second time from this location that my order of one sandwich took almost an hour to get to me. I ordered at 12:16pm. The order arrived at 1:14pm. I called at the 30 minute mark and was told that my sandwich was on the way . My address is on the 3300 block of North Lincoln so this doesn't make sense to me. The sandwhich sizes are also inconsistent.

This place is very clean and the staff was very courteous. The sandwich was good but lacked enough meat and cheese. I am aware that is how they r supposed to make their sandwiches but there were not enough ingredients to make a real good sandwich.
