Staff couldn't be bothered, too busy talking. Wrong sandwich, you think three people could get one sandwich correct for the only customer in the store.

I work two blocks from this location so I order here quite often. Today I called to place my order for lunch and pay over the phone like I typically do well on this particular day the person that answered the phone was incredibly rude. I asked a question about one of the subs she replied you can hang up and look at the menu online. I communicated that I wanted to place my order she then stated well you can come in because the systems were down, I ended the call and gave them ten mins just in case it really was down. I called back the same girl answered the phone and stated u gotta come in and hung up. I’ve never experienced such rudeness at this location but it’s safe to say I will not order here again nor will I recommend jimmy Johns to my employees again. This particular person is not a good representative of the brand at all.

This is your standard Jimmy Johns. It has fast and friendly service and ample seating area. The food is as good as any other Jimmy Johns.

I don't understand, there were 10 people (yes I counted because I was waiting so long) standing around while I waited to pay. My sub was made is a whopping 30 seconds which was great (that's not what I'm complaining about). The lady at the cash register around 2pm on 7/13/2012 took her time chatting with someone ordering a catering food order. The couple was at the end of their order as I arrived and it should have been taken care of. She never said "I'm sorry for the wait" and had no manners at all. I understand if the place is busy, but not when it's just me and another couple. This was terrible service and I'm sure there are more polite people out there that could do a better job.
