Just stopped in for a quick sandwich after work and all I can say is WOW! in a day in age when customer service is dying if not already dead, This guy "Ty"? Gives me hope it does still exist. He was polite and charming, and genuinely seemed happy to help me and my hunger problem. Which is so rare to find now a days, especially at a place like JJ. Thanks again Ty you rock and I will for be back!

Chose any other JJ.I ordered a veggie sandwich that came with turkey.Staff is extremely slow and lazy. Not a single staff member greeted me or smiled. I was the only one inside and they wouldn’t take my order for 10 minutes and then rushed and put turkey on my veggie sub. Also paid for kickin ranch which was only 1/4th full.This is the only jimmy johns that doesn’t know what ingredients are in there sandwich numbers and doesn’t provide speedy service. Please train staff and at least pretend to care about your customers. Very very bad experience.

It's always good service here. We make it a point to hit up this location when we come to Chicago once a year. Our kids love it. The seating is always available, because most people take their orders to go. The employees always seem to be busy, but you never feel like a bother to them. A big bonus. Can't wait to come next year!

My son ate there on 1/18/18 and is still recovering from food poisoning today 1/10/18. Has anyone else gotten sick?
