Jimmy John's

Have always been a Subway guy. Visited the JJ on Frazier and thought I was in a rock concert. Food is pretty good but you need the full head gear ear covers like you use on the shooting range. A buddy of mine said that is their deal to have loud rock music. May try again but cut the music first.

Worst Jimmy John's I've dealt with in Chatt Knox and Nashville unless I use the app. App wasn't working the guy taking my order didn't give me any confidence that he was taking my order correctly. Also anytime I order a drink it's no ice or watered down. This store is in need of a corporate training and structure to get my trust in doing business with them again. I wish they did.

I literally live 3 mins away from this jimmy johns. I waited for almost an hour an decided to call and see what was wrong. I called and the person was like i'm out of their delivery range and their sorry. If this was the case why do y'all even have delivery ?

My favorite sandwich shop hands down. They are quick and extra friendly at this location. Their best feature is the amazing view overlooking the Coolidge Park and the Tennessee River. This JJ’s is just a block from the Walnut Street pedestrian bridge so we can zip back and forth across the river.

Walked in an Ordered 3 subs to go, bread on all 3 was hard as rock... the BLT we ordered had bacon on it that was very hard to chew.. I'm 31 and felt like I was a 70 year old struggling to eat with no teeth ! FIRST TIME EATING JIMMY JOHNS NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL... I WAS STARVING NORMALLY TASTE Does not matter...

The food here is so delicious that we make it a point to stop here every time we are in town. Also love the cleanliness and super friendly staff.

Every time I go to Jimmy John's which has been like four times in the past 3 monthsI don't know why but they dish out their old bread or it's really tough to to chew.

I’ve been ordering from Jimmy Johns for seven years, it was always fast and easy.Place and order and my sandwich would be here in 5 to 10 minutesWhen they opened this new location just three blocks from me I thought it was overkill as we don’t need two Jimmy Johns just four minutes apart but then I thought hay even faster delivery!Think again! after six mouths of ordering from this location the fastest they ever got it here was 25 minutes and the average is more like an hour to go three blocks!!!and to top it all off they mess-up my sandwich every single time!!

It's a good place man, really quick and tasty subs and sandwiches. Props to the folks makin them. IDK much else to say about it.

I have now reached the point where they mess the orders up more than I get them correctly. I am going back to my other lunch places

Good staff that are friendly and pretty easy for a quick lunch, but just not that great.
