SUPER FAST! They have never gotten my order wrong & I love the drive through.

Good place to go for in a crunch and want something cheap, wouldn't go if I wanted something better.

I used to love coming to this place. I'd get lunch here all the time during the summers. I just went here with my partner and the little blonde at the cash register had absolutely no customer service skills. No one said anything to us when we walked in, and when my boyfriend asked if he could build his own sandwich, the lady just looked at us and then turned to her coworker to ask them. The coworker said yes, and the cashier continued to say nothing. We made our orders, got our sandwiches to find that they messed one of them up. I asked for my receipt and the blonde crumpled it up and threw it away without saying anything. The coworker was nice enough to make my boyfriend another sandwich without complaint and was very friendly. However, I probably will never come back here. The sandwiches are not worth it.

I love the bread and the sandwiches bit when you come from a town 50 + miles away coupons expire to quickly to be used so we are never able to use them :(

The staff can be short and the amount of meat you get is laughable, but good if you like a veggie sandwich!

On a consistent basis our order is wrong. Everything from types of soda to toppings on sandwich. I get that the food is fast but 3 out of 7 times, there is something wrong. Teenagers were dancing around and having a great time. Teenager is the manager, and my wife called, and he was nice and professional, but all they can do is remake the sandwhich. Who cares about that when you're already back home! Have had enough, great sandwhiches but horrible service!

My family always gets our Jimmy Johns delivered, and it’s always just fine. We’ve never had any problems, but this time, our delivery guy was actually ON THE PHONE while he was delivering our food. I’ve personally never seen that happen before... but I think that is completely rude and unprofessional. Perhaps the manager of this Jimmy Johns store, should look into that issue. I just found the fact that he was actually talking on the phone while trying to deliver my food, is incredibly rude!

I love this place! All the employees are so friendly and eager to help!The delivery people are also friendly and fast!I would recommend this place to anyone!!

My wife and I have eaten here a couple of times now and we always get the #12 on the menu. The bread is very tasty and soft to start with. They also just pack the sandwich full and it really fills you up. The one we get has turkey and the meat is so juicy and moist! And the sauce they put on it is delicious! The reason I gave a 4 star though is it seems like the staff at the one on Brooks is not very friendly. I have had a couple that greeted me with kindness, but overall I just didn't feel very welcomed.

Just got lunch here. Bread was at least a day old and hard. And had only a fourth of a pickle in my order....packaged in a ZIPLOCK BAGGIE! Never coming back to Jimmy John's.
