First of all, you have to pay to park in order to patronize this place. I was literally there 7 minutes. Get back to my place of work and discover that all the lettuce on my sandwich and my co-workers sandwich is brown!!!! I call back and the manager says, "I'm looking at all green lettuce and you can come back." I tell him, "I only get a 30 minute lunch and I can't come back plus pay for parking again???" He said he would replace on my next visit but the staff should have seen that the lettuce was in bad condition before giving it out to customers. Won't be back none too soon😠

Waiting a hour for a sandwich to be delivered. Tried calling and they put me on hold for what is now 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

Thus far I have been to this jimmy johns three times. All 3 times they have been severely short staffed at 3-4 pm.There is no reason they should not have an extra employee on hand to prevent customer attrition.This is unacceptable. Poor management in my opinion. I feel bad for those poor employees who are being overworked because of an ignorant or excessively frugal manager/owner.Subs otherwise have tasted great

The 1st time I visited this location it was superb; but my current visit was disturbing. Bread out on the counter & I had to ask the sandwich maker to get a new piece of bread for my order. Secondly, meat was on the rear counter & another worker was vigorously sweeping. The music was way too loud and other employees were talking way too much. There was no need to ask for a manager because s/he was included.

Best one. Great team. Makes tuna fish dry. I love it.

Freaky Fast, Freaky Good lol ....Seriously the service was good and the restroom was surprisingly clean. I've never had a bad experience with this location.

Ordered several times and orders have taken over an hour. Up until recently when the I placed my order at 12:41 PM and it didn't arrive until 2:20 PM. Driver was trying to call instead of come inside of the business to deliver my sandwich. I couldn't leave my work station to go outside, and we had always had food deliveries come inside the building. Instead of apologizing, management did nothing to resolve this issue and said that the employee didn't come inside because she was "new". This is unacceptable and I will not be ordering from them again. Poor management and unprofessional staff.

Food prep guy stood right next to the cashier while I gave her my order and still made my sub wrong. Then acted like I was inconvenienced him when she attempted to correct him and she thought it was funny. Next time I’ll be trying the new place next door or etc. Enough of giving my money to businesses that won’t live up to general standards.

I love this location. The delivery driver Mr. Lewis is the best

After calling two others I called here and they made the exception to deliver to me since other two would not. Will recommend this location to other truck drivers waiting at my delivery location

Foods fine, they don't tell you about additional charges and seem to lose track of orders

Hands down worst location ever! Too bad I cannot give 0 stars.

We ordered delivery to the main hospital in Detroit, and it took them an hour and a half to deliver our food, and we got put on hold the 3 times we called to find out why it was taking so long. Freaky fast? more like Freaky Slow. they wouldn't even give us a refund, they offered a discount on our next order.

I’ve ordered over a dozen times from here and we always get freaky fast and friendly delivery and it’s always perfect. Thanks!
