Clean, friendly, tasty

Even with extra meat (at an extra cost), it was mostly bread. Service was not very helpful, and not terribly friendly.But the little bit of food provided seemed fresh, if not very flavorful. And the price was low, so what should I have expected?

Called to place a delivery order. The person asked for my address and then my order and payment information. I was told I would receive my order in 10-15 minutes. A half an hour later, I received a call from someone else at Jimmy Johns and called me by the wrong name. I was then told that unfortunately the person I originally spoke to was new and they do not deliver to my location. Now I work in customer service so what SHOULD have happened is a one time delivery for my inconvenience SINCE I already waited a half an hour for an order I was told was placed. I will NEVER visit another Jimmy Johns again. They pride themselves in quick service and I understand mistakes happen, but the way the MANAGER handled this situation was extremely poor. I should have been notified immediately OR ago through with the delivery and make it a coaching lesson for the new teammate for the future.
