This place is incredible! Went here for lunch on a Monday and Wednesday, consistently awesome service both days.They have a different lunch special each day (dumplings plus a side) that's a good deal, so scope that out before you go and maybe choose the day that sounds best to you.We tried the chicken and mushroom, lamb and coriander, and zucchini rice and mushroom dumplings. All were good, though I like the meat ones a bit more (the rice was a little weird texture wise for me). We only tried pan fried, so need to check out the steamed next time.Interesting sides too, and a decent beer selection. The staff were super friendly and happy to answer our questions.

Great dumplings in a pleasant and generous environment. I don't eat "downtown" that often, but i have to call this the best of the fast food options in that area. We each (four of us) had twelve dumplings, different selections, and were all totally satisfied, While I do not wish to take away from the more traditional "beer & burger" locations in the area, this was top. The "counter service" nature of the location may put some people off, but they are so efficient about it that it should be no problem for most.

I love QXY so I had to stop by and check out their new dumpling shop in the Loop. I have to say they did an excellent job on the interior, branding and merchandise. A GREAT space for a fast, casual alternative to fast food with amazing flavor. I love that they are open 7 days a week and there was ample space to sit. Also, they have the option to purchase orders of 6 instead of 12! Notes: They do not take cash so make sure you have your card handy!They also have a dumpling mascot out front that you can take a picture with and post to social media to get a 10% off voucher sent to you. Cute mugs, tote bags, shirts, hats and dumpling mascot plushie are available for purchase and well. My only qualm was that the dumplings seemed smaller than the other location and at $11 for 12 it was a bit pricey. However, given the location it is comparable to similar establishments in the area.
