I’m not sure how long they’ve been open, but it felt like they weren’t quite ready for prime time. The menu is nothing like it was at the oceanfront location (no borscht!). Food is inexpensive, but not good enough to entice me back.

Same name but "not the Mama". Missed the old mama at the beach, was glad to see a return. Stopped for lunch with a friend. For $11. And $12. for sandwiches I expected to get a nice size sandwich, wrong. The sandwich maker put no love (like mama), in the food, plop together, barely any Cole slaw, much less corned beef. Not much business, as well as the prices and service. Think I'll stay with 58 Delicatessen, more bang for your buck.

The staff is great and the food is the same. Never thought of a BBQ Reuben and boy am I glad I took their advice to try it. Knowing the Jewish way to eat potato latkes is a huge plus for me!

This place holds much nostalgic meaning to me as a native who moved away and has returned for a visit. The location has changed, but the food is the same. The live venue has definitely expanded and will be on my list for my next visit. The server was correct; the potato salad was especially good today.

Came for nostalgia since I used to have lunch at the original when I was stationed near here many years ago. The reincarnated Mother is wonderful. The Reuben is delicious. Service is super attentive, I never had left than half a glass of tea before being offered a refill. Only wish I was going to be in town long enough to catch a show.

I used to love this place I am giving three stars because the staff was so great but they had no clue what was happening on the order. My wife got chicken tenders and they have basically burnt nuggets from a frozen food section the Ruben was good though
