Jewell Cafe

Went on a Saturday evening, and I ordered a 16 ounce prime rib which comes with salad, biscuit, and potato. The prime rib was amazing, cooked perfectly. Unlike many places I’ve been, they actually know how to cook it as requested. If you ask for a medium cooked prime rib they actually cook it to medium done. Well worth the price too, two people $65 for two full meals. Staff was great and friendly too, loved them all. Will definitely be stopping here again and I’d highly you stop and have a prime rib on Saturday.

Great service and hot food

This was my first visit! What an experience! The service was heartwarming and personable. Wait staff made us feel like we had come home after being away for a while, they were happy to see us and couldn't wait to feed us! It was a nice feeling. The food way surpassed any expectations I had. It was more comparable to food I've experienced at higher end establishments. I definitely recommend you delight your culinary palate by visiting Jewell Café.

Good prime rib good food 3 minutes from defiance a hidden gem

We brought a group of 21 people there on a Saturday night at 7:30. Called ahead an hour and they had our tables all setup and waiting for us. Great service, very good food and very good prices! The Sizzle Steak (Fat Boy) was delicious as was the coleslaw!

Our food was lovely; the best prime rib I've ever had, and a very healthy portion. What was even better was the service. We went for a date night and were treated like a king and queen; I've never felt so welcome and well-cared-for at a restaurant before! Will definitely be back, and would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. Food was good. Prime rib had a nice flavor to it. Portions are decent. Definitely fills you up for the price. The only bad thing is if you order mushrooms on your steak they are canned and taste like a can.

All these little ‘Elevator Town Cafes’ are gone, but Jewell still carries on. Great food and friendly service

Had a great time at Jewel Cafe tonight. We had reservations due to prom being this weekend and we got right in at our time, even though it was busy. We all had the prime rib which was really good. The price wasn't that bad either. It has a small town feel, which I prefer and really friendly staff. I highly recommend.
