Decent store. Missing a bit more selection. Limited amount of organic produce and dairy. Good customer service.

Busy Jewel with great drive up grocery pick up. The help desk in the store was less than helpful. It was unattended for a long time when I was there and when she finally returned she was rude and unhelpful. She is an exception though. Most of the employees are very customer friendly

Jewel is my jam. It's right down the street from me. They have everything I need. Good coupon app and the Monopoly game is great for savings. They deliver but I'd rather go. Sunday early mornings are the best time to go. And Adam that has been there forever is the best.

Very nice store; large selection of everything, and everything fresh. I normally shop a a Jewel closet to home, but just may wait to stock up at this one.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE. They missed the delivery window and when we called they claimed that our order got lost in the system and never printed out. They put our "order" together right away and sent with Door Dash. They only sent 1/4th of the order, claiming that everything else (milk, eggs, all meat, cheese) was out of stock. Awful.

Horrible service. DO NOT order groceries for delivery from this Jewel Osco. NOT ONCE have we ever received exactly what we ordered. We always have multiple items missing. One time we straight up received someone else’s order. HORRIBLE service.
