Jet's Pizza

We got a free hand tossed small cheese pizza with pepperoni and garlic crust with a welcome to the neighborhood coupon. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. It was very tasty and the crust was great. Just a little too doughy. I will try the thin crust next time. As for now I can't really give a higher rating. Satisfying and mediocre.

Great Detroit deep dish pizza. It was our first time there. We ordered an 8-corner deep dish pizza with BBQ chicken. The pizza turned out to be wonderful with fresh mozzarella cheese but not overly greasy. It was well seasoned. The bread was nice and crusted. I would go again when I am in the neighborhood.

Vet owned store...kudos. As such, perhaps the staff (mgmt) could use some “counseling” and loosen up on the attitude and realize they’re in a service industry. 1:40min to receive a cold pizza 15min away. Would rather argue that “they’re busy and are not sure of where they’re driver(s) are” instead of finding a way to make it right. Suggestion....take less orders, hire more drivers or find problem solving staff.

Jet’s is da bomb-dignity!!! I always build the pie online, then pick up myself. Always hot and fresh! Never had delivery.

Very unhappy!This is the second time I've tried this pizza.. 1st, you are not able to pay at the store if you order online, so I waited until I got there to place order. I was told 20 minutes and it ended up taking about 40 minutes. When it finally came out it was wrong, I explained there was NO veggies on the Jet10 so they said give us a few minutes and we'll make it right... When they came back after 5 minutes, I opened three box and found the same pizza with veggies thrown on top and reheated... I said are you kidding me? The response I got was "my bad". I did receive a credit but, this is unacceptable. Pay attention people , my time is valuable!! Even though I was given a credit, I'm not sure I will ever go back!!

While the place itself is a little sterile, the deep dish Detroit style pizza is delicious. The folks working there are friendly and helpful, too.

Fantastic Pizza! I love their Deep Dish with Turbo Crust. Toppings are great and they don't skip. Prepare to pay more than most "Fast Food" style pizza, but it's completely worth it! Salad/Dressing great as well! Great for Pickup or Delivery. Ordered from them 15 times, not one mess up, which is rare these days! A+
