Love Jets, not this location. First time getting pizza at this location and was very disappointed. They skimped out on the toppings BIG TIME, and I mean big time! I ordered a Deep dish (Detroit style) specialty pizza and there was hardly any cheese or other toppings on my pizza. The cheese is supposed to go all the way to the edge and go down into the sides but there were mostly 1-2 inches of nothing from the edge but bread all the way around. Are you trying to save money or what? Never had this problem at the other locations in greater Grand Rapids. Even the layer of cheese and toppings that it did have was super super thin, mainly bread. Should’ve just ordered plain breadsticks and paid less for real. Not dissing Jets only this location regarding food quality. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt...they might have been training a new person?

Good pizza, but terrible service from the kids working there on 5/10/2019 at 9:30 pm. Walked in and ordered 2 slices. Was told 5 minutes, because a group just ordered a bunch. No problem, I understand that. Group got theirs, ate and left. After 25 minutes, I still had nothing.They completely forgot about my other! How does that happen then they have order slips?Finally got my slices at 10:05, in a now totally empty store.Took it home and opened the box, only to have one of the slices flip out onto the floor, because the edge of the box had been stabbed into it.The one slice I got for almost $5 was fine. Was planning a 10 minute break from driving Uber, but took 45 minutes from my working time, or about $15 more in lost wages.
