Jet's Pizza

It's pretty good. Just be aware their "it will be ready in 10 min" translates into 25

I ordered the pizza online this Wednesday and set 5:30pm pick up time. And I arrived there at 5:26pm, the cashier took a while to find my order, he went in the kitchen and came back with another guy, the guy said that "You order is for 5:30pm, you are early, it is not ready!" I then asked them, "How long will it be ready?" They said "10 - 12 minutes"; However, it was 5:45 when I got the pizza. At that time, I knew that they did not notice my order, they cooked the pizza after I got there. They could say sorry about it, I completely understood since it happens sometimes. However, they did not, instead they said "You are early", yes I was 4 minutes early, I can wait 4 minutes -- however I waited about 20 minutes!!! They blamed me for getting there early instead of apologizing for their mistake. I would not come back to this store again!!! Well, I did not say anything when I picked the pizza. But I had to write down something to let them know that I was not happy about their service!

The NY bold that they sell verses what they advertise is not even remotely similar. It was worse than a frozen pizza. When I called in they told me to come back to exchange the pizza. I have kids and couldn't leave and asked if they can give me a credit for next time, but they basically told me they didn't believe that the pizza would be that bad and didn't want to discuss it. Here's pictures of what they advertise and what I got: An overcooked cheeseless pizza that I couldn't even fold as it would break like cardboard.
