Jet's Pizza

Always great service and unbeatable pizza (and ranch!).

Order heart shaped pizzas for my nieces and nephews 2 hours in advance. Had my brother picking them up on his way to my house for family dinner. When my brother arrived I looked at the pizzas and they were only 4 slices. When I called the guy taking my order told me for sure they were 6 slices. Thought I would be getting 18 slices with 3 pizzas. Needless to say I was short 6 slices for family. Called and spoke to the manager Alan. Not very accommodating. Nice guy but told me it would take 25-30 additional min for me to get more pizza. In a pinch I called Hungry Howies on 12 Mile and Hoover. They told me 10 min. I wasn't asking for a free anything. Alan should have apologized , threw my additional pizzas in the oven and told me 5-10 min and hit me for another 20-30.00. Alan might need to polish his customer service skills.
