Jet's Pizza

My daughter and I loved the deep dish pizza! It was our first time trying it and we will definitely be back.

Their deep dish is so good! It’s cheesy & crispy and tastes fresh! I could eat here everyday

Let me preface this with this is the third time they have told me my pizzas weren't ready only to find them in the warmer and enough is enough. Arrived one minute before estimate pick up and was told five minutes for my pies. I sit down with my two year old daughter and look at two pizzas in the warmer for a solid 10-15 minutes. Sitting and waiting, the manager tries to deliver the two pizzas to a nice police officer,who took a minute to say hello to my daughter and ask her name, in the parking lot only to return with them. After realizing they were mine, I was summoned with, "are these yours?" and a cold emotionless and careless stare. If you pick up Jet's, stand at the counter, do not sit, and ask if every pie that goes in that warmer is yours. They will forget and your family will eat cold pizza. Or go somewhere else.

🍕+🚗=😖! Jet's - what happened?? This is the second time we've ordered lunch at the office from you guys, and both times have been a total letdown. 90 minute delivery (not revealed until after the order was placed) = lukewarm, rubbery pizza. We threw away the cinnamon sticks because they were cold, super greasy, and two bites in we were grossed out. In the past, wings were leaking due to sauce cup melting bad enough that it wouldn't stay closed, and extra sauce (paid for) was missing. I'm normally a huge Jet's fan, but we're going to stay away from this one until things get sorted out.

The jets pizza on 5th has some of the worst customer service. After stating it would take 20 minutes for pickup, they lost my order, 40 minutes later when it was actually complete, it was WRONG. I normally love their pizza by the slice and salad, but they didn't even attempt to make it right. I will never give jets my business again.

This is the new location that just opened on 5th Ave. in Grandview. I haven't had Jets in awhile and I forgot how delicious it is! I ordered the 4-corner pizza for pickup. They told me the order would be ready in 20 min or less, it was ready in 15. The pizza was cooked perfectly, tasted very fresh and I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Worst, dryest, most tasteless pizza I've had since I made Chef Boyardee at home when I was 15.

Wonderful location. I had a 4-corner with the old world pepperoni and turbo crust. The crust was fresh, crispy and delicious. I also tried the giant cookie which was not the best I've had, but not bad. The best part was the service. A lovely gentleman, I believe his name was Stan, took my order and made the pizza. He was super friendly and it was fun to watch them make all the pizzas.

I used to think Hound Dogs pizza was the best. No more. Jets is the best.

The hand tossed dough is yummy! We get a medium pepperoni and extra cheese every time! Sooooo gooood!! This time we added wings! 4 plain, 4 mild. They were awesome! Pizza and wings were delicious and hot!!! Best we've had in a long time! Hope there's a Jets Pizza in Worthington, Ohio!!

$40 for 2 lukewarm pizzas that took 90 mins to deliver. They gave me an estimate of 60 minutes when I ordered online, but were 30 minutes late. I couldn't even finish it because it tasted like cold soggy cardboard. I wouldn't recommend this pizza to anyone.
