Jet's Pizza

Reliably good pizza. I order jets from here at least once a week and I've never had a bad experience. Customer service is substantially better than other local pizza delivery stores. Tip them well and you'll get even better service. they understand that if you leave a good tip you want that pizza fast. Trust me, you risk not getting your pizza at all if you order from elsewhere (Papas or Happys are notoriously bad at forgetting orders)

The pizza is great. What I really appreciate is the service. All the delivery people are so kind. They are always on time. Never messed up delivery. I’ve been ordering from them for several years.

Pizza was burnt and tasted like it sat there for a couple hours before it got delivered. The man forgot our soda so had to bring it back. Do not recommend

Had an Italian Jetzee sandwich. Suppose to have 2 meats, had ham only and not hot. Fast friendly service

Poor customer service just tried to place an order for pick up 3/12/19 @1:00 pm. The guy who answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me when I wasn't satisfied. He wasn't listening to me place my order. He keep talking over me telling me what I said instead of apologizing for maybe not listening. He caught an attitude. When I told him I was good because how his demeanor was towards me. He then hung up on me WOW couldn't believe it.He need more training in customer or a new job. Just because you are in the neighborhood doesn't mean you can act ghetto and rude with the customer. I'm pretty sure this is not the first or last incident with this employee. Didn't get a name but I put time and date so you should have an idea. And I frequently this place often considering I live and work in the area.

Deep dish cheese pizza awesome!

Delicious pizza, especially the square deep dish. I know some people hate ranch and pizza but if you like it, you’ve gotta try jets ranch.

Customer service was terrible. Staff have attitudes with customers and fight amongst themselves. The front desk girl tried to argue that Jets doesn't have a supreme style pizza, even when I pointed to it in the menu. Avoid this location at all costs or pack your patience and prepare for subpar service. Will never come here again.

Ordered BBQ wings and received hot wings. Wings were ice cold when they finally arrived. None of the workers had a solution for correcting THEIR mistake. Horrible.

We order from this location every other week or so for delivery. Every time the drivers have been courteous, it was delivered in a timely manner, and as ordered. Every once in awhile they forget to send out ranch if ordered, but are happy to make it right so long as you let them know politely. Ordered delivery today on the way home from the airport, and the pizza beat us home! Do you have any idea how awesome it is to come home to Jet’s pizza at your door after a travel day? I tell you, it is amazing.

I don’t understand why they advertise “ready to go slices” but NEVER have them been here almost a dozen times and not once have they had pizza “ready” not once. Never coming here again even if I’m starving to death smh.

The BBQ chicken here is one of the best and even better if you put extra Cajun on the crust.

Update: This place is seriously the best Jets to get pizza from!! It's made so much better here then in the suburbs. Not cheap about the toppings either, they always load it up nicely. Always as good as the last time and order is always right when I pick up. Only complaint is how busy it gets and how small the waiting area is. It gets a little cramped sometimes while your waiting but other than that great pizza and great service. As for all the negative reviews, if you notice most of them are delivery related and it appears the positive reviews come from the ones who pick up themselves. I would recommend picking up for a more favorable experience.

Tasty pizza, tasty salads, tasty boneless chicken wings, and the prices are reasonably priced in my opinnion. Loses a star for scary drivers not wanting to deliver to certain locales, and them charging you extra delivery fees because of it, unawares to you, as a first time online ordererer. And, one driver didn't even deliver to my doorstep which was right next to the parking lot!

This manager guy is terrible !!! this guy was touching toppings with his bare hands and then touching money I couldn’t believe what I was seeing I will never eat here again I also observed him then making pizza with out washing his hands, but he was very polite unbelievable. !!!! Don’t eat there disgusting , and l really like jets Pizza OMG .
