Jessie's On The Water

Start to finish: Appetizer that was recommended- “Fresh” Fried Calamari, only thing fresh was it was freshly out of freezer. Main dish time: Out of Pork Chops, out of skirt steak. Finally they have chicken with pasta, pasta WAY over cooked. Waiter can tell we are displeased, brings over a dessert “on the house” my fork can’t even go into it! It was as hard as a ice cube. NEVER would recommend this place.

Great restaurant and a wonderful staff who went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was perfect.Amazing outside views. Loved dining on the water!

Have been there twice and can’t say enough good things. Food was delicious, exceptional service. The bacon wrapped scallops are a must!! The staff was attentive and couldn’t be nicer. Definitely will be back! Can’t wait to go in the warmer months and sit outside on the deck.

A very classy nice restaurant. A warm welcoming, followed by an excellent service, with a lot of attention to details, orders to please you.Service is friendly and professional. Atmosphere in Jessie’s On The Water was relaxed and cozy. Waitress was truly professional. The food was well prepared, extremely tasty and the presentation is really nice. I can highly recommend Jessie’s On The Water for food, drinks and atmosphere. An excellent experience.

The wost dinner I ever had.

I went there since the new owner took over and WOW! The food was amazing, super friendly staff and oh boy what a view. This will be a restaurant I will visit over and over again, just so I can try all the yummy new items on the menu.

My husband and I stopped in over the weekend because we heard there was new owner. Very pleasantly surprised! Greeted by very friendly staff for starters, and the food was delicious! Very chill atmosphere to relax with drinks and a great meal.. also got to listen to a great live band.. will definitely be back!

Went with a bunch of friends and everything was great. Waitress was wonderful and polite. New owner was friendly. Had the OBI feeling. Loved it. Can’t wait to go back !!!!

Went there for dinner before a paint and sip and had an awful experience. The restaurant was not super busy but they did not have enough staff and everything suffered. The drinks were room temperature, as were the appetizers, and that turned me off from even wanting an entree. The decor was nice and the staff they did have were pleasant and personable. Unfortunately nice staff is not enough to make up for subpar food and drinks. Based on the other reviews it seems like this restaurant has great food and a nice atmosphere. It sucks that I happened to go on a night where none of that was present.

Friendly new owner, a good menu and on the water in Oceanside. The change in chef has been a positive experience. A nice place for a meal and or a cocktail with friends.

Handful of brand-new food items on the menu that are a must try. Bacon wrapped scallops were the best I've ever eaten. Great atmosphere and super friendly new owner!!
