Jersey Mike's Subs

Tired of the manager Tyler's bad attitude and lack of customer service. What manager argue's with a customer about their order??Every.Time.Other employees are great, love the subs, and decent convenient location... but he has ruined it for them. We'll drive further down Dale Mabry or settle for a pub sub before going back.

I visit the one at Dale Mabry and VanDyke triple points on weds, plus yummy

John, Tyler and the staff there are always helpful and make the most amazing sandwiches!!! so friendly and the store is always very clean. love this place!!

Love this location!!! They are so friendly and CLEAN!!!! The owners are super nice as well. So happy to have them near my house.

Wonderful staff and AMAZING GLUTEN FREE BREAD. I was so excited to have a gluten free bread option and the staff was so kind and considerate. We will be regulars for sure.

Quick service and great food

I've always been a big fan of jersey mikes but what this store told me today baffled me. I ordered a pick up on the app and arrived earlier than the pick up time so it wasn't ready. I was told it would be ready at the pick up time but I was the only one in the store? Great food nonetheless but strange customer service.

I've been wanting to try jersey Mike's for the longest and today I stopped at this location near my house & the customer service was great!! The sub was big and tasty!!! Kristen was awsome!

Excellent experience! I had previously online ordered and was very unhappy with the service, left a review and was contacted by the owner promptly. Val called me and apologized and offered to bring me back in for my subs. Today i went at about the same time and was greeted cordially by Cameron, from the beginning to the end Cameron was awesome. Thanks for changing my mind and making this right!!!!

We ordered about 100 take-out lunches for our local elementary school event and the service was great and the owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. We appreciate Jersey Mike's Lutz for supporting our local community.
