Jersey Mike's Subs

I ordered a Philly and an d a Italian last night.... Worst service ever first off when you spend 40.00 on 2 sandwiches and they tell you they're out of tomatoes you know it's a problem ... Then I used a box to place sandwiches in which was snatched from me by an employee this was my first and last visit to this establishment. The food was not that good Subway is better!

I love Jersey Mike's subs, and now that they offer suubs as wraps; I like it even more. The wraps are a good way to stick to a low carb diet, minus the tortilla really, but the tortilla is roughly 7 or 8 carbs, if my research was correct.Anywho, stop in, get a wrap or sandwhich; and get on with your delicious day

Decent subs but a bit on the pricey side, clean place with friendly people.

I've been here a number of times. Food and service are both great.

Five star food, one star service. The subs were very good as always. I've never been to this location, but they sure seem to have some trouble with basic things. It wasn't busy at all and somehow our subs got mixed up with like 3 other orders. The girl making them had to unwrap each one to see what it was. We were there on a Saturday afternoon around 2pm. Every table was dirty, I counted five employees behind the counter, 2-3 of them were just standing around talking. It just seemed like nobody there had any idea they were working at a restaurant.

We had the famous Philly last night and it was one of the best we've found outside of Philly itself. Liked it so much we went back again today. Asked for the same sub but added extra peppers and they used bell pepper which to a real Philly diehard ruins the sandwich and like every other place with Philly cheese steaks that used the bell pepper over the cherry pepper it ruins us as customers. I used to be a Jimmy John's kinda guy, but that was before Jersey Mike's. Their cold sandwiches taste super fresh from the meat to the toppings (I really like it Mike's way, adds a nice flavor.) Their hot sandwiches are just as good! Jersey Mike's keeps you from having to go to all the different sub shops since you can get a great cold or hot sandwhich at ONE place.

Very good sandwich and very kind staff. They were extremely slow, though. I stood in line for 5 minutes before getting helped. Will be back.

Burnt bacon, employee scratching his nose, and a general apperance that many of the employees are new and don't have a lot of experience with Jersey Mike's operations. I love Jersey Mike's but this one needs a bit of TLC to get to standards.

Ok - I've read the bad reviews. First: Italy doesn't like how Americans do Italian, Philly doesn't like how Jersey does Philly ... it isn't Italy Mike's or Philly Mike's. Second: Sandwiches get soggy by not eating them right away. Sandwiches are made right in front of the patron here. Can't fault the restaurant for that. Third: I didn't see a single regular sandwich anywhere NEAR $16. My regular sandwich was $6, my husband's was $7. And a regular sandwich is about 10" long. Cut in half, it EASILY makes 2 normal-sized sandwiches. As for service: It was busy, and we had our food fairly quickly. The young lady at the cash register was pleasant and friendly! I saw no one who wasn't working as he/she should. Finally: Bread is FAR better than Subway's! Crispy and moist; plus, a giant is MUCH bigger than a full-sized Subway sandwich. Ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Add the pepper relish!! You'll thank me. Well done, guys!

I experienced nothing but professionalism, great customer service and cleanliness at this location. I witnessed a completely rude & incompetent customer who eventually stormed out of the restaurant because she kept ordering items from their menu as if she was at Jimmy John's.Both my husband and myself were pleased with the service we received as well as the food. We will be back soon. Keep up the good work!

The food was delicious! My online order was not ready when it was supposed to be. It wasn't even started until after the scheduled pick up time.

Chase at New Albany Jersey Mike's killed it! He had a great attitude! He actually cared which is a breath of fresh air when most the resturaunts around don't. Make that guy a manager! The food was great too. Great Job Chase!
