I’m giving two stars for the one competent employee who used to be at the Devine store who is doing the best he can with less than competent staff. I placed an online order and had to wait over 45 minutes to get it and when I did it was the wrong order. Multiple people in the store with stories worse than mine.Evidently the cashier was forgetting to print or otherwise messing up all the online and call in orders so none of them were being prepared. Disaster.

This was my go-to place for subs cause they really make good subs here. However yesterday I had a most disturbing visit. After ordering (and I tipped), I saw the two staff behind the counter started to throwing garbage at each other. Yes garbage! like paper, tissue or something! And one of the staff was making my big kahuna!!!! To make the matter worth, I saw one piece of garbage got right on to the meat that was cooking on the skillet. The cooking staff was quick to have it removed but it was there for a couple seconds. I am not very sure of returning to this place anymore. It`s really a shame.

This was my first time to a Jersey Mike's. I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, clean sitting area and bathroom, the wrap was really good!

why i the world would you have your online ordering running if you closed for spring break ?? ordered and paid , taken out of account and everything , get there just to have a sign on door saying closed !! do better ! now i have to go though all the trouble go get my money back in
