Messed up our subs and refused to fix it or give refund

Just left this place... ordered a hot and cold sub. The person making the hot sub came from the grill cooking area as if they wereeating and preparing food.The person stepped out to ask a question and was still chewing. As I spoke with the individual, they had food crumbs on mouth- this is bad business.This location skimps on the meat they add to the sub... wonder why their inspection grade is a 92!I will not go back to this location until there are changes.

Worst service I've ever received at a Jersey Mike's. Employees were chit chatting among themselves for 5 minutes before they acknowledged I existed. Charged me for bacon and didn't put it on the sandwich. Sandwich making area was dirty and had old food everywhere.

I love Jersey Mike's. It's always extremely fresh.

This is the DIRTIEST place! I’m not sure how it is still open! I hope I don’t get sick from eating there but that’s only PART of the problem!! The two employees were filling individual boxes for the OHIO UNIV Track Team tonight——the guy was throwing their cookies in from about 12 feet away and saying “why do we have to do this for OHIO people? They need to go back to Ohio.” The girl told him they have to do it again tomorrow and of course he continued to complain! I am PROUDLY from Ohio and so is ALL of my family! I’m sorry Ohio Univ. Your cookies and subs are probably a complete mess because the employee there DID NOT want you here! This place doesn’t deserve any stars!!!

Love their subs. I get the turkey and provolone - Mike's way. (Lettuce, onions, tomatoes, oil, vinegar, spices)

Staff is friendly and personable. Jersey Mike's is typically more expensive than most sub places but is good eating. They have student discounts.

We were in search of some late night weeknight food, and we had gotten delivery from this Jersey Mike's before. We stopped by close to close and everything was just about cleaned up. They were happy to take our order and get it to us quickly, even if they were basically closed! I love Jersey Mike's but this store is my ultimate favorite. 👌

The sandwich was amazing!! Certainly worth $15 ( I got the Giant). The Manager there was rude though. He slung my sandwich across the counter. But that's finePros- Sandwich is amazingCons- Customer service is poor.

The sanitation score at this location is a 91. I didn't order anything from here because I noticed one employee was ringing up orders and then preparing food with the same gloves on.

Absolutely atrocious attitude from the cashier today. I received my sub fairly quickly...and then waited another 15 minutes for my girlfriend to get her caesar wrap. They were so late I wound up having to drive to an appointment uptown instead of taking the train as initially planned.

They screwed up on 3 separate orders for me and my family, took approximately 30 minutes to try fixing.
