Jersey Mike's Subs

Extremely disappointed and would like a refund. This is the second time I have ordered online and had the exact same issue. I ordered the club sub and paid a ridiculous $1.25 extra for extra cheese. There was no cheese on my sandwich at all. The bacon was also missing, I asked for extra Mayo and extra vinegar and oil, there was none on the sandwich. I asked for pepper and no salt, there was no pepper and extremely way too much salt. I couldn't eat the sandwich. I tried to call the store to speak with a manager and it just rang and rang..... I feel like I got completely ripped off for the second time in a row! 😕

You guys have become my fave! The only place i come too for a sub now. Subway is a goner for me.

Better than all the other sub shops combined. They really pile on the stuff.

Different employees work at different paces. I like my food to be prepared quickly. The end result leaves a lot to be desired. Maybe i just order boring sandwiches...

So so good, And the people were amazing... they have my favorite thing in the whole world, called pepper relish, and I know I am a bit nut job when it comes to eating and my combination of items on a single sandwich, but this stuff makes me want to buy stock in the company it is so so good!!!

Sliced fresh meat and cheeses while you watch. Good bread. Yummy subs.

Late to the party, but Jersey Mike's does it right. Proper balance to the sandwich-meat to bread to veg to dressing.

The sub was made fresh and very tasty. Clean establishment. Only complaint: Cashier needs customer service training. The rest of the staff was welcoming, helpful and attentive to their customers. They made the trip to Jersey Mikes AWESOME!

I am originally a Philly native but now a resident of Bradenton, so feel qualified to comment on the local food to the region. This particular Jersey Mikes is staffed by for the most part a very pleasant and friendly crew (special shout-out to the tall lad who makes the hot subs for checking with you to be sure you like what he made). The quality of food is very good and in particular the cheesesteaks are similar to what you would get in Philly (no Amoroso rolls, but the ones they use are still pretty good).Overall I’ve never had a bad experience here and the few times things were not right they were quick to fix it. All that’s missing is the Philly attitude from the staff for a realistic Philly experience.

Jersey Mike's is always good but expensive. This time we used a Groupon and it was worth the price. Not worth the price without Groupon.The guy making our sandwich was sweating and looked like he was about to keel over from exhaustion. At least he put on plastic gloves to make our sandwich. He wasn't very personable either. Zero customer service skills! Not likely to return to this location.

We love their big kahuna subs, also they have electronic and paper coupons quite often and we love that. The staff are always personable and polite. That goes a long way with our family

They make some great sandwiches and the food is phenomenal I've been there several times. It's usually a friend taking me there. Since it's a bit of a drive for me. But other than that I do like to place and I do recommend it when people ask very good sandwich place.
