Good service nice staff just my sandwich choice was bad for my first experience

I had lunch here today the place was very busy I put my order in when they called my name some other guy grabbed it and left the manager found out what happened was very apologetic which accidents happen so no big deal to me he had my sub made right away and gave me coupons for two free subs the food was awesome the employees were friendly I would recommend Richmond Road to anyone

Super friendly and helpful. My girlfriend and I were first time customers, and the good service alone would be worth a return visit. But then the subs were excellent! That bread is on point. Will be back as often as we can!

Their gluten free subs (and gf practices) are excellent! It is SO COLD in there! Staff is super friendly, and doesn't grumble when we order gluten free.

Everything was great except guy dressing sandwich didn't seem to know his job. Kept forgetting to put bacon on sandwiches and confusing peoples topping. Great sandwiches though and a young lady kept correcting guys mistakes. He may have been new to be fair.

The Jersey Mike's crew here is always more than accommodating to customers. Very friendly. The service is prompt and quick, and the restaurant is also very clean.

The meat is freshly sliced in front of you. Hot subs are grilled on the grill right there not microwaved or convection oven. The bread is so soft & fresh. Yes the word is FRESH! The workers are always friendly & helpful. There is never the feeling of being rushed. They are more expensive then subway but you are getting actual food & a real sub. So worth going to.
