The first guy that helped to make our subs was good, the girl that cashed us out after wasn't. I was overcharged, confronted her on it and was then given some lame excuse for her incompetence. People make mistakes, but don't have an attitude of indifference about it. The same guy from earlier had to come over and fix this moron's screw-up.

I had a BLT, it was delicious. Another sub we got took over 25 minutes to make... It was just the meatball sub, #15. On top of that, it was messier than other places would have made it. (It's a messy sub within itself, but we've seen so much better at equal value).

Me and boyfriend just came to this location. Only two people in line when I enter the store so they weren’t busy. It was a total of at least 5 workers there. I waited over 12 mins for my sub to even be started. They decided to fix my boyfriends sub first, fixed online orders afterwards and then fixed mine last. Only one guy is doing the orders while the rest stand in the back on their phones talking and laughing. I don’t know if this how it’s supposed to be ran, but I’ll pass and save my money for somewhere who treats my food with the same priority as anyone else’s.

Dirty. The guy taking my money to pay also picked up my sandwich to make, he's wearing gloves but that makes no difference if you're going to handle money and make food with the same gloves! They need to be taught cleanliness. My husband told me one of the guys working there went to the bathroom and didn't wash his hands!!Gross. Won't return.
