Jersey Mike's Subs

Fresh veggies. Great quality subs. The manager and staff are attentive and helpful. They have hot and cold options and a variety of ingredients. I was definitely pleased with the standard here.

Absolutely horrible Jersey Mike's. It wasnt even rush time and they had 4 employees and the manager there and they couldn't get our orders right. I had to tell 4 different people my order and then the manager before they finally got it right. I told every single one of them no tomatoes and they still put God damn tomatoes on my sub. And the staff was rude to my girlfriend. Never going to this location again. And that's one strike against Jersey Mike's as a whole

I love this jersey Mikes! Its one of the best deli sandwich shops in Norfolk imo. I go literally twice a week every week and get the #8 Mikes way add pickles. The people at the counter are always friendly and it's clean. The meat and produce is always fresh, unlike the one on military hwy. I almost got sick from that one. The mayonnaise or meat wasn't fresh and they were dirty.

Very disappointing. I understand it's New Year's Eve, and they may close early. We it was 6:06 PM when I opened the door. I was told "we are closed" by a shouting employee, the open sign was still on there was no sign showing modified hours, cool. The reason I'm disappointed, is because 30 seconds before I opened the door someone else had walked in and was not told they are closed. It may have been a race thing as everyone else in side was different from me, including the employees. Needless to say I will not be visiting here again.

Would give zero stars if I could. Placed an order for pick up and they still made me stand in line for 15 minutes.

Did the mobile order, prepaid and went it to pick up. not only did I not get greeted or attended to for several minutes, when I did get greeted they it was only to inform me that they did not make my order and they were unable to because they were all out of bread! What sub shop runs out of bread. Terrible customer service at this location which is disappointing considering I really like jersey mile subs.

Good sandwich chain. Chipotle cheese steak is on point! They also have chicken steaks too and tastes pretty good for being so much less fat than the beef.
