Ordered online, said it would be ready by 12:13pm- got there at 12:15pm and I did not have to wait at all! Great service.

I had a great fresh sandwich and the service was fantastic for a fast food restaurant. There is a young man there named Nate who made my 5 year old picky daughter's sandwich and he made it exactly the way she wanted it. She had to call my wife and tell her how nice the man at the sandwich shop was and how she couldn't wait to go back. It was very cute.

Good subs, but the customer service is lacking. They don't acknowledge you until you're ready to order. Overheard the girl working tell a customer at the counter he has to wait until the guy who was cleaning the restroom was finished because she has food allergies to prepare the sub he requested. He was waiting for a lengthy amount of time, but other than that incident, it's worth checking out.

Club supreme was good. No issues during my visit.

Great food. Ordered online, easy! However when I went in to pick it up I was very underwhelmed by the customer service. Waukegan location manager. Someone needs to work with your employees.

Probably the best sammich place I've been to compared to quiznos and subway!! Right off the bat the employees are super nice. They were very happy to assist me and my coworkers with our choices. Generous with the meat and so tasty and flavorful! I got Grilled Pastrami Rueben and it is outstanding!! I also had their brownie for my side instead. Clean place, nice atmosphere, and outstanding customer service. Very pricey but it's the price I'm willing to pay! See attached photos!

The food is good but go there to order. They struggle with getting online orders correct.

Very horrible customer service, waited more than 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Got asked after 20 minutes of waiting if I needed help and they started making the food by then. This location needs to pay more attention to their customers.
