Great sandwiches...my favorite sub shop. Like most Jersey Mike's the workers are friendly and in good spirits and also hard-working. The meal can be a little pricey, but it's always good and always quick unless the line is out the door (which it is once in a great while which says something). Jersey Mike's should be the most successful sub franchise based on my experiences with several of them.

It was not good and i hope it was an isolated case. Ordered a whole philly cheese steak and got half... they didnt ask me if i wanted lettuce or tomatoes which i did... they did ask if i wanted jalapino peppers... then they made me pay for 2 half sandwiches ($4 more) when i order a whole...

The crew in this store is focused on getting Mike's fans served quickly, accurately and completely.I love using the app to order, it's so easy! You can be across town in traffic and order and by the time you get there your order is ready and waiting. Awesome!

I was visiting Jacksonville for a business trip. Had a lunch sub from this place one day. Was not ready to have such a good, what we call in PA, hoagie. Very impressed with the staffs friendliness and final product of my food.

Worse Jersey Mikes I have ever been to ordered two subs one wasn’t even made and two people who came in about 5 to 10 minutes after me both left with their sandwiches before me even though we all ordered the same sub store needs to be managed better and more organized but the young lady at the counter was very nice and apologized multiple times for the mess that happened even though it wasn’t her fault at all. Will never return to this location again. Also after getting home and opening the wrapper to my sub it wasn’t even the sub I ordered as well and the one that was first made was supposed to be a hot sub but was cold by the time I got home and wanted to eat it.
