Came in and was told we shut grill off. No u can’t have a warm sub. Open but won’t make food. LAZY

We think they have the best subs. The bread is soft and fresh. The meat and cheese is sliced and cooked right when you order. We also like their different sub recipes and they have a lot of hot subs. The first time my son tried the meatball sub he declared it the best meatball sub he ever had.

Employees are always friendly and the subs are fabulous.

This is a great sub shop. They have really great ingredients, make their bread and other stuff right on site. The best part about this sub shop is that they have really fresh ingredients. It's not like subway where it looks like their banana peppers have been sitting in fluid for two weeks before they bust them out. I also like their rewards program.

Not bad. Good subs if you avoid the cheese steaks. They aren't all that great. Definitely a bit overpriced for what it is. Which is why I don't go there often. But it's better than subway or jimmy johns. The workers are good.

Thought I would give it a try. Was not a good experience. Messed up my sandwich. Wasted $10 on a half a sandwich. overpriced and not worth going.

No vegetarian options. The couple sandwiches I tried came with lots of oil and cheese. Price is higher than expected considering alternatives nearby. Many people seem to enjoy this place, maybe it's just not for me.

Terrible customer service. Food was never delivered, we were never notified, and after several days and multiple complaints I still don't have a full refund. Manager was unapologetic and dismisssive. Seemed annoyed that he had to deal with his own store's mistake. Highly recommend any number of other food establishments nearby. Try Star's Cafe next door, the shawarma sandwiches there are delicious and healthier than the slop from Jersey "never delivers" Mike's.

I am leaving this one star review because I was overcharged by $20 dollars on a visit to the Westgate location. After repeated efforts to communicate this error to management, ownership and the corporate office... I have been left completely unsatisfied due to a complete lack of response. Multiple managers at the store promised to help resolve the problem but ultimately did nothing despite telling me over the phone and in person that they would fix the issue. My recommendation is to ALWAYS get your receipt should you choose to eat here, otherwise you may get hustled. Despite being repeat customers, we will certainly never return to this or any other location of Jersey Mikes.

I have just stumbled upon something wonderful. Good quality. Ample amount of thin sliced meats and cheese stacked on good soft bread. The opional seasoning makes it YUMMY. The mini portion makes a great lunch without leftovers to tote around. I will definitely be a return customer. And they have a gluten free option if needed.

Never been to one before, staff was very helpful. Food was hot, good and fast. Wasn't busy when we went in but everything was as hoped to be. I'm from out of town so I may or may not be back, but if this is the type of food you're looking for I would recommend here.
