Absolutely love their Italian sandwich! The #13!

Decent little sandwich...definitely not worth 9 bucks..

Wonderful food! First time eating here and was very pleased! Fast and accurate service and great tasting food. Don't know what else you could hope for.

Slow service, they don’t make sure the cutting board is clean from previous customers order before doing your order. Not just a one time occurrence. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but it’s happened multiple times. Had to wait 30 minutes for a mobile order sandwich.

New Jersey Mike to open on Basswood. Hopefully as good or better than others I have visited.

I’ve been missing these sandwiches all my life!! Had the turkey sandwich with provolone and it was AMAZING. That special “juice” is seriously the best! On top of that the gentlemen working there were speedy, really kind and cared about their work! I’ll be visiting very very soon because I can’t stop thinking about that sandwich😂

Their Philly cheese steak is cooked fresh and delicious. The real deal.

Uber eats drivers beware. They will let the food sit on the counter and make you wait until (they are ready) to give it to you. Waited 20 minutes for an order that was ready the whole time. Awful customer service.

I failed to get his name but THANK YOU for your very kind gesture!!! People like this restore my faith im humanity! I simply said you can go ahead ( we were in line at Kroger) he had 3 things in his hand and a uniform on so ofcourse offer that place ahead and guess what?; he was VERY kind and offered to purchase lunch. I took him up on the offer. CONGRATULATIONS JERSEY MIKE FOR HAVING SOMEOME LIKE THIS ON BOARD! This makes my heart and tummy smile!!! Due to his choice to.do so I will be visiting and sending my business out to this specific location!!!

I had the Italian sub and it was great. I found my new go-to sandwich shop. It looks like they other options too. The two guys working there were really cool and take pride to make you a great sandwich and make sure you have a good experience.

Manager told me that I need to make sure I mention what I wanted. I had come back in because I told a worker that i wanted Mike's way. And he didn't do it. I was nice about it. And I told the guy. And then the manager came up and said that I should make sure to tell them to do that. And the guy that I told was standing right there. Didn't even stand up and say anything.

GREAT EXPERIENCE. Management needs to give everyone who was working tonight, May 23, around 7:30 pm, a round of applause. You've got yourself an amazing group of employees who were so sweet and made our trip to the Alliance location so sweet. The food was also prepared wonderfully and just as we asked. What a delightful experience! Please tell your employees who worked tonight how much we appreciated their attitude and work ethic!!! :)

Really good sub sandwiches and really good taste. Little pricey, worth it if you are willing to pay.

They make the best subs around.
