Jersey Mike's Subs

I have given this location numerous tries to be halfway decent and it fails everytime. No matter when I go, I am waiting 15 minutes or so for 1 sandwich. If I walk in, I am either standing around waiting for someone to take my order, or my order is taken and then the sandwich is never made. I've even tried using the mobile order ahead, and I didn't get my correct order. They always seem to be overwhelmed with orders and have issues prioritizing. Food tastes fine and the employees seem to be working hard, but I can't keep coming back here. I've made complaints to corporate as well, but nothing has changed.

I love coming to this Jersey Mike's. The staff is very friendly and the sandwiches tastes amazing. There hasn't been one time I've came in and didn't have a great experience. Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen of Jersey Mike's of Hoboken!

Food was good as usual, service is slow and actually overhead my sandwich was never made after waiting 20 min for a 26 and another 15 for it to be actually made.

Lettuce is wilted and brown.

Poor customer service

Horrible ladies working at this location. Standing around avoiding customers not ringing up. Nobody at register for 15 minutes this is unacceptable. Guy who made sandwiches gave us our sandwiches in our hands without paying. Loads of people waiting to pay. Lady with tattoos was so rude and avoiding customers with attitude face like bothering her.

Called 10 times no answer got me the wrong chips, wrong sandwich and wrong everything. Won’t answer phone.

Popular sandwich shop, subs can also be served as a salad for lower carbs. Meats sliced to order so they're super fresh.
