Jersey Mike's Subs

Great food and great customer service.

Disappointed. I placed my order online to give me enough time to eat for my hour lunch break I get there to pick up expecting for my sub to be ready. Once I get there I notify them I Placed my order online. Unfortunately I had to wait an additional 30mins ! What’s the whole point of ordering online if I still have to wait ?! I’m usually very understanding because I’ve worked in the restaurant business so I know how it is but this was just ridiculous. They weren’t even busy never coming back to this place. Thank you jersey mikes for wasting half my lunch break waiting ! Take this review as a tip and do better!

First time here. I've been to many Jersey Mike's! We searched and found this in Google Maps. It was clean, friendly, and fast! Not too busy. Not too dead. I would eat here again! No issues! 😁

Great food although a little pricey if your on a budget. Long wait around lunchtime even though the order was called in ahead of time. Employees only seemed to care about moving the line (very very long around 1pm when I visited). I had to wait 10 minutes after paying for them to finish the 2 subs which had been called in around 8 minutes before my arrival. Employees continued to make other customers sandwiches before finishing mine even after I paid. Not pleased with the service at this location.

1:20pm and waited more than 15 minutes in line. People on lunch do not have time for that. Need better staffing at lunch. (Especially with prices as expensive as they are)

Fast and fresh. I would definitely recommend. I got the #13 Mike's Way and it was on point like always.

Lunch today and placed order via app. Great app! Great food! Get a clue management. Make it easy, like Panera, for call ahead orders. Walk in, grab your lunch and leave!!! I waited 15 minutes to pick up. Fix this and it will be a major upgrade and it will help your customer and your workflow. You have a great product, you must be better at your level of service! Read your negative reviews. They are mostly about poor service---REACT!!!

Absolutely the best Jersey Mike'si've been too. The sub I got was huge! The sandwich artist did an awesome job. They were busy asper usual on a Friday during lunch time but they were super efficient. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Food is always great. Giving a 4 because sometimes the staff seems more interested in each other than the customers

Customer service was severely lacking. It was my first time in a Jersey Mike's and naturally I wanted to ask about substitutions if they were allowed. There was no information posted about the sizes of sandwiches available. I will not go back to this location. I did not see the cup sizes and asked what the cup sizes looked like. The guy acted like I was taking up too much of his time. I went in there to get 2 sandwiches and a tea for my mom.

I was treated to lunch with a friend. It was my 1st time at the Jersey Mike's location. Though there was line of maybe 10 people ahead of us, the line moved quickly...and from my observations, everyone seemed happy!My friend chose his usual Italian Sub, I decided in the Chicken Caesar with Tomato Basil Wrap. The servers were courteous, listened to our orders, sandwiches were prepared quickly with our choices of toppings. We were both completely satisfied...with staff, with our food!We were both so hungry, I didn't think to get pictures then, I am sharing a not great picture of my leftovers...which were just as delicious as when it was 1st made!!Pictured piece of my Caesar Chicken Wrap, and the pickles and peppers I requested on the side!!It was s GREAT lunch!!
