Jersey Mike's Subs

I love this place i go every Wednesday with my mother for lunch. The food is very good a little bit more meat would nice but other than that i would recommend going here. The staff is always friendly and miss Michelle is awesome even if she is busy she always finds time to say hello and make sure our sandwich is prepared exactly the we like it

It would be nice if ur honored ur posted hours on the door. Closed today at 5:50pm, and not the first time this has happened. Why? Be professional, especially to the people trying to support you!

Everytime we go to this particular Jersey Mike's nothing but above and beyond customer service as soon as we enter someone is welcoming you - are order is always right and the customer service is impeccable - plus the owner honors military which is a plus for our family - Jersey Mike's is our go to spot - as long as they keep giving quality food and good customer service we will continue to come back

Second time I am going to this store. Went there last year when it opened up and they sent out free coupons in the mail. I tried the Big Kahuna then and it tasted good. Tried it again recently and it didn't taste good at all. It sure wasn't worth $9 much less .9 cents. I would NEVER RETURN to this restaurant. Gave them two stars because they seems to ensure that inside of the restaurant remains clean all the time.

Sandwich was delicious 😋. Service was fast, and the employees were nice!

Food was good but pricy. We had 2 subs, 2 drinks and 2 bags of chips the total cost was $26.00. I thought that was a bit pricy

The sandwiches are always made a sub above.

I must say that I am so happy they are in douglasville!! Every time I go there, the staff are very friendly and helpful! The food is always fresh looking and what fast service! Thank you for being so delicious too!!

Michelle is very rude and aggressive!! It seemed as if the sandwich maker behind the counter was more helpful and cared about my needs. He actually was trying to help me, wish I had gotten his name before walking out and being completely frustrated with her and not ordering anything. I came in to the store asking a general question about a specific sub I wanted, example whole giant sub with one side turkey and the other just vegetables, no meat on one side. She told me that I basically had to pay double. Her attitude was horrible and made me not want to spend my money there!! Need better people in place with better attitudes when working with customers!! Will not be back!!!!

The sandwiches are amazing and my order is perfect every time. Everyone is always so nice and pleasant! I can't say enough good things about this place!

Says they open at 10. I wanted till 10: and they still wasnt open and 4 employees standing inside. Not good customer service.

My first time there, and that sub was awesome!!! The ingredients were fresh, Ann's it really hit the spot
