Checked out this place for the first time and it was good! I got delicious Italian sandwich. The guy who worked today around 4pm was nice and patient while I couldn't figure out what to get. 😃

Sandwiches at this establishment are good. I got a giant turkey sandwich, and the meet was fresh tasting and they have acceptable mayonnaise. I'm glad they carry Frito-Lay brand chips instead of in-house garbage chips. The dining room was clean and seating is minimal. The staff was friendly and helpful-the two gals at the cash register were especially cheerful. The prices are A little high, about 25 bucks for two sandwiches. However, the giant sandwiches are "giant", and could easily feed two non-American humans. I would return to Jersey Mike's if the occasion arises.

Greatest sub shop you can find for fast and fresh ingredients. You got to get it Mike's way if you really want it the right way. I love splitting the giant veggie on white with my wife. The perfect size to share. Pro tip: If you're getting it to go, ask to get the oil and vinegar on the side. Add it yourself when ready to eat to avoid a soggy mess.

Before today I was familiar with this chain but had never been to one. I took a quick browse of the menu online so I had a little bit of an idea of what I wanted. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the staff even though they were busy. When I mentioned I didn't know what to get, one of the staff immediately gave me some of her recommendations. They sounded good so I went with those! I paid for the order while they were still making it and the cashier offered me a cup of water while I was waiting.When I got home, the sandwiches were nothing short of spectacular. Flavorful but not overbearing in sauces or trying to cover up for poor ingredients. They seemed to be the perfect balance of just about everything. Yes, you'll pay a little more for these versus other chains, but I think it is worth it. Combined with the amazing staff and excellent customer service, this is a five star location.

I just have to give a shoutout to the 3 guys that were working the evening of 10/15. They seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs and they were so nice and friendly. It was just so rare to see!

Sandwiches taste great. They have the best veggie sandwich I have had. The menu is confusing. The people behind the counter could be more helpfull in explaning.
