-1. Today this Jersey Mikes was not at all as described as the previous comments. The customer service failed, register employee was unable to vocalize with customers, food employees were unable to speak up to customers. There was background music on top of a loud television blocked out any change of customer and employee relations. The service was overwhelmingly horrid. Service employees constantly put forth negative attitudes towards customers. Employees failed to speak to customers in an adequate and timely manner. I have visited this particular store many times in the past and it has been going downhill since 2017. I suggest not going to this restaurant if you do not wast to get sick as well. The food handling was unsatisfactory. Refreshment area was unclean and fuzzy mold growing around station.

I came in yesterday to get lunch and a young man, who I was told was the area manager, scolded two of the employees very loudly! It’s a time and place for everything. Your employees should never be addressed in that way, especially not in the presence of customers. I was highly displeased with his actions. The employees are noticeably young. How do you help your employees grow into better employees if they are treated as such?

I come in a few times a week and they’re usually pretty business. I used to work in food service, so I understand the stress of making the customers happy. I’m sure plenty people take their time to leave horrible reviews, but today I want to say thank you to the team who’s running rampant trying to make multiple orders with a store full of hungry customers. This place makes a great sandwich 1 out of every 5 times. I order frequently, over the past month, and love the roast beef sub. I learned quick to request extra meat, $1.75, maybe you can guess why. I order this thru a delivery service, Bite Squad, and it is more trouble to report deficiencies of the order than its worth. Tonight is the last time I'll give money away to Jersey Mike's. I live on SS and and my expenditures have to count. It seems to me that whatever wages are paid to their employees is more than they're worth. They just don't care how they slap this sandwich together. So typical of so many food establishments.

We eat at several Jersey Mikes locations and love the sandwiches. The Village at Sandhills location has been one of our favorites, but within the past few months management and the quality of staff has dropped significantly. During our last visit the meat slicer looked nasty, with meat trimmings dangling over most every surface. No one offered to clean it before making my wife’s veggie sandwich. There was no cucumber for the sandwich. Little care was taken to avoid cross contamination. And the lettuce was brown and of very low quality. It will be awhile before we give this shop another try. Hopefully some staff changes or additional training takes place before then.

Went in around 730pm today. Staff were ALL FRIENDLY and welcoming. The young lady on staff with the two young men was smiling showing her braces..😊. The visit was worth $16 and a $4 Tip! Thank you Jersey Mike's of Forum Dr.

I love Jersey Mike's and have visited all of the stores in Columbia, but the Sandhill store is my least favorite. Some of the younger staff needs more training in customers service when preparing their sandwiches and also wearing prep gloves at the register...Not exceptable👎🏾

Ordered through the app and deliveredin a timely manner. Received the wrong order and tried to call them but the number was disconnected. I do not recommend this location.

My go to for lunch. What originally caught my attention was the owners attention to detail. She was always making sure things were running quickly and smoothly. She is a top notch owner and operator. The food is always fresh and taste great. Always great to grab a bite from here.
