Jersey Mike's Subs

Pretty good sub. Meats are sliced fresh to order. Good flavor and decent portion of meat.

Horrible. Waited for a while. Not even a hello. Said they were making sandwiches for a pick up order and it was gonna be 20 min. Ridiculous and not good customer service. I went to five guys next door because I was sick of waiting.

Usually this place is good but it was really bad this time. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted they actually looked disappointed to see me I know I was 10 minutes from them closing but I do the same thing as I do and I’m willing to take us all the way until we close the spot. I’m sure the food was made correctly and I haven’t even tasted it yet, but they were so rude I had to write this immediately. I even checked them and they didn’t even thank me.

Great subs and Taylor gets my vote for best employee in Bend! She's so awesome and is the example of what great service should be!

I wish they were where I live...Mike's way is the best way to have any sub and have been the entire time without knowing it! Delicious subs!

Great cheese steak. The wait isn't typically too bad but the parking spaces are narrow and it gets busy at lunch.

I love Jersey Mike's but I cannot believe how many of my Postmates orders have been wrong (i.e., probably about 10 by now).

Never been to a Jersey Mike's. Great sandwiches. My wife did not like there bread so much but our daughter did. I had a wrap and it was good. They were very busy the whole time we were there.

Clean place, good food

Very dissapointed! Staff was not friendly and both sandwiches were soaked in vinager an inedible! I couldn't go back because we were traveling and already on road before we realized how bad they were. I do like the shop in Portland

The hot Philly cheese steak sandwiches are excellent. I'm going back to try them all. Then I'll get to the cold subs which look way better than your other chains. Check it out and post.

First time here after hearing good things from co-workers. Grace and Taylor had a level of hustle I haven't seen anywhere in a long time, especially for a Friday night. You kick @$$ ladies.
